They are looking to bring on board an excellent Account Receivables Specialist to support their team in Shah Alam (UOA Business Park).Job DescriptionEnsure timely and accurate posting for sales recognition, cash application and bank draft related posting.Issue, monitor the VAT invoice issuing and monthly sales VAT reconciliationPerform regular AR report and Fapiao management per the tax rulesVAT in verification & AR overdues managementPerform accounts reconciliation for AR related sub-ledgerPerform PBC list regarding AR sub-ledger parts per audit requestRegularly reconcile AR statement with suppliersRequirements to succeedUniversity degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant studies.Good communication skills.
Multilingual is a plus.High accuracy and attention to detail.Good computer application, Microsoft Office Skills.Willing to work in UOA Business Park, Shah Alam.#J-18808-Ljbffr
