To oversee and document the outstanding payments by its customers for goods or services rendered, ensuring adherence to group company policies, controls, regulations, and service level agreements.

Description

Recording incoming payments from bank statements and remittance advices. Investigating unapplied cash and managing cash collected at month-end. Handling queries and disputes through verbal and written communication with clients and relevant departments. Managing receivables, including aging, overdue reports, and statements of accounts. Maintaining customer data. Performing monthly closing activities. Familiarizing with and contributing to the improvement of operating procedures, highlighting any unresolved or unclear issues to the Team Leader. Understanding country-specific taxation (VAT and CIT) and accounting rules, especially for inter-country transactions. Maintaining proper documentation for record-keeping. Providing various administrative support to the shared service manager, including producing standard letters and conducting spreadsheet analysis. Profile
A minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience within a Finance shared service setting. A minimum Diploma qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP experience is required. Job Offer
