Account Receivable Officer

Job summary To perform clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties, as neededJob description Processes accounts receivable and revenue collection function, including preparing, printing and posting invoices, following up on outstanding invoices and administering credit cards collection.Performs transaction processing related to account receivable payments, revenue collection and bank deposits.Assist to compile month end stock take on timely basis.Assist to prepare Bank Reconciliation on a daily/monthly basis.Assist to prepare SST Reconciliation on a monthly basis.Assist to prepare inter-company recharges, reconciliation and confirmation.Well communication among all divisions. Always keep learning which related to job responsibilities.Keep documents in proper manner.
Undertake any other related tasks / duties / assignments given by the supervisors.Job requirement SPM/Diploma holder or equivalent/Fresh graduate.With less than a year of working experience or fresh graduate.Able to work in Taman Pelangi Indah, Johor Bahru.Advantage if able to join immediately.
