WHAT YOU'LL DO: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients' HR teams, senior managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee and ensure the successful and timely delivery of products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding their specifications and expectations.
Conduct regular business review meetings and lead product knowledge training sessions to drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with financial advisor representatives to identify opportunities for insurance restructuring for potential clients.
Lead and assist in servicing matters for both existing and new Employee Benefits (EB) clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
Identify and analyze selected market segments to develop strategies for various group products, ensuring alignment with market demands and opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Renewal Leads, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet their targets and professional growth goals.
Drive and monitor team performance to ensure employee targets are achieved in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions when necessary to maintain high standards of service and performance.
Ensure all activities comply with BNM regulations and other relevant compliance requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
