Account Services (Contract)-(240000L4)DescriptionProcess/perform data entry for all verified requests on timely and accurate basisVerify completeness of all forms received and ensure all requests are properly authorized before processing.Check all amendments made on the form are properly counter-signed.Support Business Units (BBs & Branches) in the daily operation and address issues highlightedProvide support functions from time to time (e.g.compilation of statistics)Attend to enquires on processing status of customer request / any issues pertaining to the request handlingTo handle exception cases & escalate to Team Lead, if necessaryAttend to all irregularities / non-conformance highlighted in the daily operations & escalate to Team Lead, if necessaryObserve and comply with documented policies/ procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g.Banking Secrecy, Anti-Money Laundering etc)Promote quality awareness amongst staffPerform any ad-hoc assignments given by the Team Lead / Head of Section.QualificationsPreferably with Diploma or Degree in any disciplineSelf - motivated and able to work as a team.Possess positive attitude and willingness to learn.Able to work fast, independently and under pressure.Required to work during MY public holidays.
