Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Planning & Management:
Source, connect and collaborate with influencers or resources aligned with our brand clients' marketing goals
Propose compelling content that captures attention and resonates with the target audience
Provide additional support on events when the team needs an extra pair of hands
Social Media Planning & Management:
Assist in preparing social media strategy proposals and contribute to content ideation to achieve our brand clients' marketing and communication goals
Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-quality content
Assist in day-to-day social media tasks, including post scheduling, creative caption writing, and performance monitoring across various platforms
Account Management Support:
Provide support in client servicing, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Job RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Journalism or a relevant field
You LOVE social media - you know what's happening on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Lemon8, X, and other trending social channels
Passionate and keen to learn about marketing and social media strategies in different industries
Tech savvy - familiar with Google Workspace
Fluent in writing & spoken communication in English (Chinese & Bahasa Melayu are bonus!)
Passionate and proactive in self-improvement with minimum supervision
Able to work independently
A good team player, delivering projects internally & externally with timeliness
Past working experience in the industry is a bonus!
