Account Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reportingEnsure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliationsAssist with tax preparations and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as neededContribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systemsWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirementsProficient in using accounting software (AutoCount)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
