### **Job Overview:**
IHH Healthcare Berhad, one of the foremost providers of integrated healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Account Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. ### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and effective responses to inquiries regarding accounts, services, and products, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
- **Account Management:** Assist in maintaining accurate and comprehensive customer account records, including updating account information, service requests, and any relevant documentation.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience. Facilitate communication between departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- **Negotiation Support:** Assist in resolving conflicts or disputes with clients by employing negotiation techniques to achieve satisfactory outcomes for both parties while maintaining positive relationships.
- **Reporting and Analysis:** Generate periodic reports on customer interactions, account updates, and service feedback to assist management in identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, staying informed about IHH Healthcare's services and developments.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Collect customer feedback and suggest actionable improvements based on insights gathered from client interactions to continuously enhance service offerings.
- **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative support as required, including filing, data entry, and organizing documentation related to accounts.

### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
- **Software Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiar with CRM software is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Capable of handling customer challenges and resolution processes with a positive attitude.
- Hardworking: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
