Account Support Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resilient Account Support Assistant to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. This is a part-time, work from home position based in George Town, Penang. As an Associate level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing account support to our team.

Responsibilities:- Assist with managing accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial information- Provide support in preparing financial reports and statements- Perform data entry and reconcile accounts- Help with budgeting and forecasting- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed- Handle administrative tasks related to accounts

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field- 4 years of experience in accounting or finance- Reliable and resilient personality traits- Strong problem-solving skills- Innovative mindset- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
