### Job Description
IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Account Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to our organizational goals. ### Responsibilities
- **Client Account Management:**
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- **Data Management:**
- Accurately process and update client information, account details, and correspondence in the company's database systems.
- Generate regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback for internal review.
- **Customer Support:**
- Provide expert support and guidance to clients regarding our products and services, conducting follow-ups to ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate with various departments, including Sales, Logistics, and Finance, to resolve client issues and streamline operational workflows.
- **Billing and Invoicing:**
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and billing statements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
- Monitor payment processes and follow up on outstanding invoices while maintaining professional client relationships.
- **Process Improvement:**
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes and practices to enhance efficiency and client service quality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall service delivery.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated service delivery to clients.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and assist in onboarding new employees as necessary.
### Requirements
**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or customer service roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software, and relevant accounting software.
- Understanding of basic financial principles and familiarity with invoicing/billing processes.
**Personality Traits:**
