### Job Description

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Account Support Officer to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As an integral part of our global operations, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our clients and maintaining the high standards that Top Glove is known for. This is a part-time position aimed at professionals who are ready to leverage their skills in a collaborative and vibrant work organization.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Support:** Assist with inquiries and requests related to accounts, providing prompt and accurate information to clients and colleagues.

- **Account Management:** Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring all account-related issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Assist in documenting all customer interactions and transactions in a clear and detailed manner.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure seamless communication and coordination in meeting client needs.

- **Data Entry & Reporting:** Accurately enter client data into databases and generate reports as required. Maintain databases by updating information and ensuring data accuracy.

- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, utilizing persuasive communication techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve account-related issues by coordinating with relevant internal departments, ensuring timely solutions.

- **Compliance:** Ensure all processes and transactions comply with company policies and regulations, as well as industry standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

- **Feedback Collection:** Solicit and collect client feedback to continuously improve service quality and account management processes.

- **Training Support:** Assist in training new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices related to account management and company procedures.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account support, customer service, or a similar role.
