Job Description:As an Account Support Officer at Berjaya Corporation Berhad, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our clients in managing their accounts. Your primary role will be to support the account managers in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the smooth functioning of financial transactions. This part-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

Responsibilities:- Assist account managers in handling client accounts and financial transactions- Provide support in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts- Communicate with clients to address any account-related inquiries or issues- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and client interactions- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for account growth and development- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all account activities

Requirements:- 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance- Dedicated and confident individual with excellent communication skills- Strong time management and attention to detail skills- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
