### Key Responsibilities
1. **Client Interaction and Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
2. **Account Coordination:**
- Manage account activities, including tracking projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
3. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare and analyze account performance reports, providing insights for improvement and strategic planning.
- Monitor client accounts for potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and work with sales teams to implement strategies.
4. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues proactively, escalating complex situations as necessary.
- Support clients in navigating services, products, and solutions offered by the company.
5. **Documentation and Record Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, ensuring database integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals and relevant documentation.
6. **Collaboration:**
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and product teams to communicate client feedback, ensuring continuous alignment with client goals.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client updates, project statuses, and strategic initiatives.
### Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or customer support roles.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
