**Job Description:**

Petronas is seeking an energetic and confident Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position will provide essential support to our account management team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met effectively. As a key player in our organization, you will help cultivate relationships with customers and contribute to the company's success by facilitating smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.

2. **Account Support:**
- Assist in the preparation and management of account documentation, including contracts, billing, and service requests.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure all client requirements are met and promote timely and accurate delivery of services.

3. **Analysis and Reporting:**
- Analyze customer feedback, account performance indicators, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, key metrics, and customer concerns, using data to inform decision-making and strategy.

4. **Persuasion and Communication:**
- Effectively communicate the value of Petronas services to clients, utilizing persuasive strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on service offerings, troubleshooting standard issues, and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.

5. **Collaboration and Teamwork:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to client management.
- Participate in meetings and planning sessions to update the team on account progress and share insights.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or related roles.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and self-motivated, with a positive attitude.
- Confident in interactions with clients and internal teams, capable of influencing and building rapport.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and solutions to clients.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
