Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Account Support Specialist to join Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, possess excellent time management skills, and have strong negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities:1. Provide account support to clients, including resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.2. Assist with account management tasks such as updating account information, processing payments, and generating reports.3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and retention.4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.5. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.5. Experience in the airline industry is a plus.
