### Job Description
MISC Berhad, a leader in the maritime and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Part-Time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Malacca City. This position is pivotal to ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support, and is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and innovative.
### Key Responsibilities
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding accounts, services, and support issues. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
- **Account Management:** Assist with account setup, updates, and maintenance, including tracking account status and handling documentation accurately. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any client issues or discrepancies related to their accounts.
- **Problem Resolution:** Utilize strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to identify client needs and provide timely solutions. Analyzing potential problems and crafting innovative solutions is crucial in this role.
- **Reporting and Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system. Generate reports to identify trends and areas needing improvement in account services.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support client onboarding and retention strategies. Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies for enhancing service delivery.
- **Training and Development:** Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems by suggesting innovative approaches. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide well-informed support to clients.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Collect, analyze, and provide feedback on client interactions to management for ongoing improvement of services and support processes.
### Requirements
- **Education:** A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** At least 3 years of experience in an account support or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with the maritime or logistics industry is an advantage.
