Assist and support on the monthly and year end closing account. Verifying, allocating and posting all accounting data into ERP system timely and accurately. Assist to produce and submission of accurate financial reports, analysis on revenue and expenses, forecasts, etc. Analyze company's actual performance compared to the business plans. Such as sales results, variable contributions, etc. Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretaries, etc. on the preparation and submission of audited accounts, income tax return, transfer pricing documents, etc. Actively review systems, process, tools and automation for continuous attainment of work efficiency. Work and collaborate with cross functions teams across the Group on finance matters. Other ad hoc duties / tasks / projects as assigned by the Management. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or a Professional Qualification in Accountancy/Finance. 3 years applicable experience in finance, costing and manufacturing accounting. Candidates with costing and manufacturing accounting would be an added advantage. Independent and able to work well in a team environment, possess good interpersonal skills. High learning adaptability and ability to deliver results within tight timelines. Knowledge in accounting concept and average level of accounting software understanding is preferred.
