Overall responsible for the company's financial reporting, cashflow management, tax and statutory compliance and reporting requirement.
Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS and HKFRS & MFRS.
Perform journal posting related to general ledger and maintain Balance Sheet schedule.
Execute month-end and year-end closing & perform Balance Sheet reconciliation.
Review Creditors Ageing, Debtors Ageing and do the necessary.
Responsible for cash-flow analysis and reporting to ensure the company is self-funding.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies to ensure timeline submission and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsible to support group audit by filling up the group-reporting package and other related tasks.
Ensure compliance of Group policies and procedures and drive for improvement in current processes and systems.
Any other ad-hoc function assigned.
What you'll need -
Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalents.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in auditing firm/5-6 years relevant working experience.
Good financial reporting skills that are timely, concise, and accurate.
Good team player, self-disciplined and have good personalities and communication skills.
Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Great analytical skills and possess the ability to handle mass information in an efficient manner.
Strong presentation skills - ability to produce clear, considered and well-presented analysis.
