Accountant (Corporate Reporting)

Duties & Responsibilities: 
-Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards. 
-Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. 
-Assist in preparing and reviewing consolidation entries. 
-Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances. 
-Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed explanations for significant fluctuations. 
-Contribute to the preparation of management reports and presentations. 
-Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams to gather necessary financial information. 
-Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results to direct supervisors and senior management. 
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or ACCA or CPA or equivalent professional qualification. 
Possess hands-on experience in preparation of consolidated financial reports and able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data. 
Ability to work within tight deadlines.
