Job Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and Financial Records
Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions, invoices, and receipts.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Process payments to vendors and suppliers and issue invoices to clients.
Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.
Payroll Processing
Calculate and process employee salaries, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., taxes, social security).
Bank Reconciliation
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in cash flow monitoring and management.
Tax and Compliance
Assist in preparing tax documents and filings.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
Human Resource Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and complaints.
Support organizing team-building activities or training sessions.
Policy Compliance
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Help in drafting and updating employee handbooks or policy documents.
Attendance and Leave Management
Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and time-off records.
Assist in generating attendance and leave reports for management.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to both the finance and HR teams.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and other documentation.

Our company possesses adequate tools and equipment for different types of vehicle repairing jobs, and we employ workmen with adequate experience in providing services of welding, panel beating, body repair, spray painting, engine service and repair, and general overhaul.
We are proudly registered under PIAM and authorized by most insurance companies to repair accident vehicles.
We encourage more youth to start their careers in this industry as vehicle models are competitively launched every month.
