Accountant

Priority will be given to those with related experience in FMCG retail store chain
Responsibilities:
Daily receipt of statements through Internet banking programs for accounts in several banks
Preparing payment orders and uploading them to client-bank systems
Processing payments in the bank-client system
Compiling daily reports on account balances for management
Daily uploading and processing of account statements from the bank into our accounting application
Archiving bank documents (payment orders, statements, invoices, currency documents)
Monitoring cash transactions
Assisting in the collection/preparation of documentation as required by regulatory authorities
Handling settlements with counterparties (requesting documents, working with reconciliation statements)
Analyzing and controlling accounts receivable and payable
Handling personnel documentation at the initial level
Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the job description
