Job ResponsibilitiesTo coordinate costing department works to ensure smooth operation including timely submission of cost reports.
To monitor the preparation of files for Cost Meeting, Budget Meeting Review and Board Meeting.
To prepare the yearly operation budget for management meeting/decision making.
To prepare yearly stock valuation report.
To prepare tax computation, tax estimate, Transfer pricing documentation and CbCR.
To supervise and review preparation of unionized payroll.
To liaise with external auditor and coordinate the conduct of annual statutory audit and assist in the preparation of statutory account.
Account payable administration - including performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data, work with suppliers/other departments to settle invoices issues, process payments & maintaining proper filing.
To perform stock count and compiling stock count result.
To prepare the standard cost setting as per input from sales and production department.
Prepare corporate reporting from time to time.
Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.
Job RequirementsAt least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in costing, accounting and related field.
Experience in building material industry with costing knowledge would be an added advantage.
Ability to lead a team and work in a team and possess a good sense of responsibility.
Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines.
Required to work beyond working hours, especially during month-end and year-closing.
Good communication skills.
Ability to guide and motivate subordinates for optimum efficiency.
