Accountant

Responsibilities: Timely and accurate preparation of company financial and management reports; Handle full set of accounts & reporting, including general ledgers, accounts payable, receivable and fixed assets; Ensure timely completion, review and reconciliation of AP/AR/GL/FA; Work closely with head office and counterparts in other overseas inter-companies To prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Handle year-end Audit and Taxation matters; Liaise with tax agents, internal and external auditors; Liaise with head office on Product Costing and Analysis; Coordinate and conduct year end and/or month end stock take; Oversee import and export shipping arrangement; Ensure internal controls and policies are complied with group internal policies, local regulations, taxes and audit requirements; Handle Company insurance matters; Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Company.   Requirements: Degree in Finance or Accountancy Working experience of handling full set of accounts up to reporting 5 years' experience in Accounting/Finance preferably in a manufacturing environment; SAP and Costing experience / background desirable; Able to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
