Accountant

Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Accountant with entry-level experience to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Accountant at SIRIM Berhad, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare financial statements and reports for management
2. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
3. Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
4. Assist in budget planning and forecasting
5. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
7. Stay up-to-date on accounting laws and regulations

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2. 1 year of experience in accounting
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
5. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits
6. Strong leadership and negotiation skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
