Accountant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Entry Level Accountant to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and possess excellent soft skills in persuasion and research.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Compile and analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Assist with audits and tax filings
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Assist with payroll processing
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure financial compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow in the role
