Key Responsibilities
Financial TransactionsProcess and record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Account ReconciliationPerform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Financial ReportingAssist Finance Manager in preparing monthly financial report, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Budgeting AssistanceAssist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
Compliance and AuditingEnsure all financial activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Invoice ManagementGenerate invoices, track payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage the collection process.
Expenses TrackingMonitor company expenses, validate receipts, and ensure proper documentation for accounting records.
SupportAssist Finance Manager with other tasks, projects, and financial analysis as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting and financial reporting.
Assist Finance Manager in submitting an E-Invoice to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) in a timely manner.
Yearly Audit Process and Yearly Tax Computation ProcessInvolve in audit and tax computation process and liaise with auditors and tax consultant.
Qualifications & Required SkillsBachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a similar major is required.
A minimum of 5 years relevant practical experience in accounting/finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be a certified public accountant (CPA).
Fluent in English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas; experience with SAP accounting software is preferred.
