Details of the offer

Job Description:Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements.
Manage daily banking operations, including liaising with banking institutions, maintaining accounts, and ensuring smooth cash flow management.
Record and analyze basic accounting journal transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
Review and process employee expense claims, verifying accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Support the annual external audit process and assist in inventory stock checks to maintain accurate records and compliance.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance team.
Requirements:Accountant: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential for Accountant; desirable for Assistant Accountant).
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g: CPA, ACCA or equivalent) are a plus.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
