Description
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance and a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MIA) or equivalent.
Preferably with 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in Audit Firm / Commercial / Construction and property management industry or a similar capacity in a related field.
Membership in the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Knowledge in project costing and budgetary control monitoring.
Ability to work independently, detail in all work, well organized, analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records for all construction and property management activities.
Generate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for construction projects and property management.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting principles, company policies and relevant regulations.
Liaise with internal and external audits as necessary or required.
Work closely with superiors to complete tasks and carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
