Accountant

Job Description:Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices.
Job Requirements:Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within Financial Accounting & Reporting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
Proficient in financial software and spreadsheet applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
