Job Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Manage account settlement, consolidation, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
Prepare periodic budgets, reviews, financial reports, and forecasts to support business decisions.
Liaise with banks, auditors, company secretarial teams, tax consultants, and government authorities on all account and banking matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting systems and records.
Handle any other duties as assigned to support the accounting function and company objectives.
What We're Looking For:A recognized Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
A minimum of 3 years of industrial accounting experience with a proven track record.
Sound knowledge of Government Service Tax (GST) regulations and compliance.
A detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong organizational skills.
