Description
Record accounting transactions according to local and internal accounting standards.
Oversee and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Manage Purchase Orders for external suppliers.
Maintain the general ledger, including month-end entries and closures.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with calculating commissions for the sales team.
Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Finance Director on budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc projects.
Aid in the preparation and filing of tax returns while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Monitor adherence to internal controls.
Support financial audits.
Review and manage employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
Identify and implement enhancements to accounting procedures for greater efficiency.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
In-depth understanding of accounting principles (both national and international) and compliance.
At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Highly adaptable with a flexible mindset.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP By-Design is advantageous.
