DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :   Managing the corporate month end accounting process Preparation of the monthly management reports Preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements Preparation of financial statements and commentary Consolidation of the Group projection for the management reporting pack Managing the monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial performance Development and implementation of SOP and policy with proposed internal control and continuous improvement.Liaising with the external Auditors & Tax Consultant Review audited report & tax computation Supervising daily operation of the department and Group Cash flow Supervising accounting staff
