Accountant

Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash. Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports. Coordination and preparation of year-end audit schedule. To assist in inventory control system on costing, stocks and during physical stock count cycle. Ensure proper documentation. To be in charge of fixed assets management and calculation of depreciation. Performing full spectrum of AR, AP & GL function including journal entries, accruals and other adjustments to complete an accurate full set account. Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions. Perform any related task as directed by superior from time to time. Requirements Conversant in MS Office and AutoCount Accounting Software are essential. Good analytical skills, able to cope with tight deadlines, resourceful and able to work independently. Possess passion and positive working attitude.
