Job Description: Managing Multiple Portfolios: Each staff member manages 6-8 portfolios, depending on their complexity, meaning the Accounting Specialist oversees financial tasks such as bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation for multiple clients or departments.Financial Reporting: Preparing and reviewing financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards. This includes producing reports for management and possibly external stakeholders.General Accounting Duties: This could involve maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, managing ledgers, and ensuring all financial transactions are properly documented.Use of Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software.
