Job Scope: Supervising accounts department, overseeing financial operation and monthly management accounts.
Ensure timely financial reporting, tax estimation/revision & submission.
Preparing and monitoring budget & financial projection, managing cashflow and funding requirement.
Developing, implementing and reviewing standard operating procedure Liaising with Tax Agent, Auditors, Company Secretary in relation to tax, accounting, and secretarial matters.
Strategize on fund procurement through financial institutions that involves loan application, redemption, charge and discharge.
To ensure compliance with Companies Act, Tax Laws, Accounting Standards, Housing Development Act, Strata Management Act and other statutory requirements.
Coordinating with Sales Admin department to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Jointly overseeing credit control with Sales Admin department.
Reviewing monthly sales report, progress collection and sales target achievement.
Managing general office admin, office upkeep, office equipment procurement, computer software and licensing.
To assist in feasibility study and cashflow projection for new land bank acquisition, new property development, joint venture proposal, tender exercise etc.
Analyzing and developing strategic business plans based on the Company's financial standing.
Evaluating financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
Requirements: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a property development company.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Experience in financial modeling and strategic planning.
Familiarity with property development industry practices and compliance requirements
