Responsibilities:
Oversee the finance department, covering financial and management reporting, treasury, accounting, cash flow, tax, and audit to align with corporate goals.
Ensure financial reports comply with Malaysian GAAP, tax regulations, and Central Bank rules.
Conduct tax planning and optimize the group's structure for savings.
Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and design equity/debt funding strategies for projects.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide financial recommendations to the board of directors.
Develop a succession plan to build a strong finance team for future growth.
Requirements:
Applicants must possess at least ACCA / Degree in Accounting.
Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) / Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial accounting, business finance, and 2 years of auditing experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
