Description
We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records by recording all transactions, including income, expenses, and investments.
Generate periodic financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements to provide insights into the company's financial health.
Assist in preparing budget forecasts and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Analyze financial data to assess trends, costs, revenues, and obligations to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure that all financial practices adhere to established policies and regulatory standards.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to assist in decision-making processes.
Secure financial information by conducting database backups and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.Qualifications:
Completed or currently pursuing a diploma or higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.Company
