Details of the offer

1. Job scope as follows:

a) Experience in operating SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft (Excel, Word and PowerPoint ).
b) Preparing documentation for audit.
c) Purchasing basic materials for the office such as stationery, workers groceries, paying bills, etc.
d) Submitting documents to governmental departments within Klang Valley.
e) Receiving and preparing shipping documents if any.
f) Corresponding emails.
g) Answering office phone calls.
h) Sourcing quotations and materials.
i) File keeping and maintaining.
j) Preparing Payroll.
k) Tender submissions and follow ups.
l) Must be able to do multi tasking job.

2) Working Hours:
9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Saturday & Sunday Off.
b) Only gazetted public holidays are allowed.
c) Salary Proposal:
i) Basic Salary RM2,500.00 (Yearly RM200.00 Increment)
ii) Attendance Allowance RM300.0
iii) Phone Allowance RM200.00
d) KWSP & Perkeso Provided Base on Basic Salary.

3. Others:
a) COMPULSORY must have OWN TRANSPORT
b) Must be able to join IMMEDIATELY.
c) Work independently.
d) Fast learner.
e) FEMALE Only.
