Responsibilities
Manage customer and customer credit, review risk customer credit risk, including financial statement assessments.
Support and add new products, validate transaction tax data for Product/Service Management; Generate, review and distribute invoices for Invoice management; Process Miscellaneous Invoicing and pricing verification-initial review.
Process A/R Analysis; Manage Process, Data, and Systems; Process cash application including banking, credit card etc.; Do dispute resolution for billing errors.
Manage Collections for all assigned divisions/entities; Process Period Close & Reconciliations; Communicate with Customer; Manage AR ageing at a customer level.
Process Deductions Management, check Trade Settlement and process as Sales Deal Administration and Pricing Validation.
Independently perform transactional tasks related to ITC which support the compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes.
Prepare and complete SOP's or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements.
Adhere to the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's or equivalent education.
2 - 3 years of experience on ITC.
Strong Vietnamese language skills (verbal and written).
Basic English language skills (reading and writing).
Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with external and internal stakeholders.
Ability to handle and work independently on ITC Transactional process.
Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have.
Preferred qualifications
SAP HANA experience.
Major in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields.
