Accounting & Admin Assistant

We are seeking an Accounting Admin Assistant at Tea Bag (M) Sdn Bhd, a Beverage Manufacturing Company.
Job Tasks:Accounts receivable: Recording, tracking, and reporting on a business's accounts receivable (Voucher, Cash, Cheque).
Entry key into SQL Accounting Software system.
Financial statements: Assist Accountant to prepare monthly financial statements, such as an income statement and balance sheet.
Payments: Processing payments and handling daily banking activities.
Checking for payment accuracy in tally with bank statement.
Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records.
Invoices and receipts: Occasionally assist generating invoices and receipts.
Follow up payment from clients.
Follow up Sales order via WhatsApp or call.
Job Type:Full Time
Salary:RM2000 - RM2800
Requirements:Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Advantage if having job experience in relevant field (i.e., Accounting or Accounting in F&B industry).
