Accounting Analyst (12 Months Contract)

Your new companyMy client is a Global Fortune 500 company that's looking to hire an Accounting Analyst to join their dynamic finance team to support regionally.
They are open to candidates that are from external audit - preferably from Big 4 firms.Job Responsibilities
Responsible for general accounting activities like journal postings and month-end closing.
Provide guidance on operational, complex, and judgement-based general accounting matters, such as complex (non-rule based) accruals, and recurring month-end activities.
Monitor compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal controls and SOX.
Provides Internal Controls expertise, advice and guidance and promotes an awareness of risk management and control best practices.
Drive continuous improvement and migration projects.
Job Requirements
Must have degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
Professional accounting papers (ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA, CPA, etc) is an added advantage.
Open to fresh external auditors from Big 4 accounting firms with minimum 4 years of working experience.
Well-spoken and good command of English.
