Accounting Analyst

Job Description:Responsible for the local accounting monthly closing activities, including reporting, preparing and reviewing reconciliations (end to end)Account variance analysis for reporting purpose (Month to Month, Year to Year and explanations)Support daily to AP, AR, and Treasury functions, ensuring efficient and accurate finance processes for all local operationsAssist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirementsKnowledge in Payroll transactionsPreparation of accounting obligations and ancillary declarations (ECD, Censo, Bacen, RDE, etc)Knowledge in leasing according to IFRS 16Interface with internal and external auditorsBridging Local x US GAAPProficiency in IFRS and US GAAPResponsible for improvements in accounting processes and activities, making them more efficientAssist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirementsAbility to work in a collaborative team and work in a growing and dynamic environmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting with active CRCAdvanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel KnowledgeAdvanced English
