Accounting Assistant

**The Company**Our client is a European International Freight Forwarding company. The company provides customers with efficient, cost-effective solutions and multi-modal transportation services around the world. The company has a strong networks and offices in Europe, Asia, America, Africa, Oceania, and Middle East.The Accounting Assistant will be based in Johor.**The Role**- Perform daily operations such as issuance of Official Receipts and Payment vouchers.- Manage accounting document and filing and handle Administration/HR tasks.- Maintain daily accounting function along with other accounting related tasks assigned- Assist in compiling monthly expenses.- All other Ad-Hoc matters.**The Requirements**- Diploma or equivalent.- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Shipping/Logistics industry preferably from Freight Forwarding environment.- Strong computer knowledge, Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.- Customer oriented, hardworking and teamwork.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- English and Malay language is required.- Possess own transport.- Malaysian applicants only.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,300.00 - RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Shipping/Logistics industry prefer Freight Forwarding: 2 years (preferred)- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
