Accounting Assistant Manager

We are looking for a skilled  Accounting Assistant Manager to join our client's team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of accountants to deliver bookkeeping works and financial reports based onlocal accounting standards and guidelines.
Similarly, you will be involved in creating the next-generation process workflow to improve our services.
You will report primarily to the service director.
Key Responsibilities: Review client accounts with a variety of business outsourcing services and ensure on-time and error-free delivery of business outsourcing services.
Lead team to prepare clients' deliverables (ie regular management accounts & schedules, payroll, GST Returns, corporate tax returns, XBRL, consolidation, and drafting of financial statements).
Responsible for maintaining excellent client services, assisting clients with accounting, payroll, GST, and Corporate tax-related queries.
Monitors the performance of accounting team members and reviews service levels.
Assist management, together with various departments in driving continuous improvement in internal processes and controls.
Be updated with the accounting principle developments and regulatory accounting developments to ensure the optimization of best practices.
Plan and conduct training on changes in the Singapore regulatory compliance requirements.
Provide guidance and support for accounting team members.
Prepare regular internal management reports for business review.
Prepare reports efficiently and effectively utilizing technical accounting knowledge.
Key Qualifications: Possess a Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accounting or ACCA, or other related courses.
Min.
4 years of working experience in handling and reviewing full sets of accounts, payroll processing, GST, and corporate tax.
Relevant experience in Corporate Services Providers CSP is preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, CPF, GST and relevant tax rules and guidelines.
Ability to effectively utilise accounting systems and import/export data through the use of cloud-based software like XERO and Quickbooks.
Strong analytical skills and ability for statistical analysis.
Ability to act as key liaison among key stakeholders within and outside of the organization.
Team player who has a can-do attitude with strong initiative & adaptability, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-growing organization.
Attitude to learn new skills and share knowledge.
Experience in handling portfolios of clients across diverse industries.
Resilient and able to work independently to organize the team to work short timeline.
