In Malaysia, they are now one of the fastest growing QSR chains with 10 stores opened within a year.Job ResponsibilitiesYou are expected to oversee and perform the end-to-end accounting process of the Company. This role requires a candidate who is service-focused, self-driven, and eager to grow. We are looking for talent who has strong ownership and is able to execute tasks assigned in a timely manner.I. Accounting:Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.II. Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.Identify and mitigate financial risks.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.III. Team Management:Lead and manage the accounting team.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.IV. HR Process Management:Oversee and ensure monthly payroll is processed timely and accurately.Manage and work with HR junior personnel on HR-related tasks to ensure effective HR processes are in place.V. Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with company objectives.Communicate financial performance and strategy to senior management and stakeholders.Job Requirements3 - 5 years of experience in an accounting-related role or audit firm.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Self-driven, accountable, and passionate about results.Resourceful, energetic, and eager to drive impact.Adaptive, innovative, and agile.Growth mindset with a shared vision to grow the company.Strong business acumen with adept problem-solving skills.Inclusive team player in an empowered start-up environment.RemunerationMYR 6,000 - MYR 8,000Consultant in charge:
