Job DescriptionTo track and manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Process invoices, payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Keep accurate and organized records of financial documents, invoices, and other accounting materials.
Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including handling emails and paperwork.
Job RequirementsExcellent in SQL accounting system, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to speak any Chinese dialect is an added advantage.
Understanding of accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Ability to accurately handle financial records, transactions, and data entry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with other departments and employees.
Handle sensitive financial information with care and confidentiality.
