Prepares claim summary for manpower supply, PPE and outpatient medical claims.
Performs Entry Sheet (SES) for cylinder maintenance & repair.
Performs Goods Receipt (GR) for materials received i.e LPG consumable item and Service Entry Sheet (SES) for maintenance services rendered.
Prepares weekly delivered cylinders & leaking cylinders summary to submit to the tax department.
Prepares JV form with supporting documents, posts accrual in SAP and parks in I-drive whenever needed.
Prepares monthly LPG Sale summary for submission to PD Customers with subsidy documents.
Ensures all Customers related documents are available for Customs audit purposes.
Verifies the daily declarations on LPG product deliveries.
Prepares cylinders in & out summary.
Verifies daily movement quantity vs SAP quantity.
Checks PACK location for PDT-LPG and follows up with the relevant parties if there are any outstanding balances.
Performs daily LPG stock replenishment for location OZC2.
Routes the report to Terminal Manager or Assistant Terminal Manager for review and approval.
Conducts month end physical valve stock count and prepares valve inventory report for new, recond & used valves.
Prepares month end valve reconciliation report for vendors' site.
Qualifications:SPM/ Diploma / Technical Certificate in a relevant field is a minimum requirement.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the SAP system and is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates initiative, strong interpersonal skills, industriousness, and effective communication proficiency.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to work at Port Dickson Terminal.
