Accounting Executive (Handle China Supplier), Taman Johor Jaya, Johor

Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Handle day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare balance sheet schedules as audit requirement, liaise with auditors, and regulatory compliance.
Oversee financial activities such as financial statements, treasury functions, cash flow management.
Process payments, manage petty cash reimbursements for staff claims, and intercompany transactions.
Communicate with banks, company secretaries, tax agents, external auditors, government authorities, and professional advisors.
Negotiate with bankers to secure competitive interest rates, forex rates, and bank charges for trade financing.
Familiarity with banking facilities.
Track and monitor client purchase order status.
Handle queries from customs bodies such as SST etc.
