Accounting Executive

As our Accounting Executive in Ipoh, Perak, you will be based at our factory and support our accounting team which is based in Kuala Lumpur.
You will play a crucial role to assist with maintaining our financial and accounting records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Your expertise will contribute to informed business decisions and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the daily management of inventory system records, ensuring that the system is updated with data on goods received, stored, in production, and produced.
Assisting with all accounting processes, which may include invoicing, purchases, payments and banking records.
Liaising with various stakeholders to obtain records and ensure accounting transactions are properly supported with original source documentation.
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of preparation of monthly management accounts, and year-end accounts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
Contributing to the development and improvement of financial processes.
