Job Description



-Handling full set of accounts (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Inventory) on day-to-day functions


-Verify invoices and other accounting documents


-To monitor expenses and expense forecasting


-Assist in general accounting activities (month-end closing and reporting)


-Deal with the bank and liaise with other departments/vendors.


-Monitor cash flow in the company. 


-Assist in financial statements, tax returns and other are complying with governmental and regulatory authority requirements


-Assist and provide administrative support to the director

Handling Human Resource/admin related operation: -



-Maintain updated and precise attendance records.


-To post/announce HR relevant letter/ memo.


-Office maintenance (ad hoc basis)


-Assist in annual events setting (upon request)

; Requirements:-


-Proficient in Malaysia accounting-related subjects and with government law and regulations.


-Good analytical and communication skills


-At least 2-3 years of working experience


-Candidates that able to start IMMEDIATELY will be highly preferred


-Good knowledge of SQL accounting software; Excel and Microsoft Office.


-Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both written and spoken).


-Good in documentation and filing.


-Good interpersonal and communication skills.


-Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable.


-Customer service skills.
